    Hello all you lovely ladies!

    I’m Dr. Saarah, the mother of three sweet boys, the wife to a supportive husband and the passion behind Abundance PT. I completely understand the complexities of navigating life and motherhood, all at the same time. As life force creators, us women can live the lives we LOVE and achieve our wildest dreams, even while pouring into tiny little humans. I believe The Abundant Woman is confident and caring, sweet and successful and most importantly, she unapologetically loves herself and allows herself the support she needs. I am here to walk, run, and DANCE alongside you on this journey and help you optimize your physical and mental health. Let’s have our cake and eat it too, together.
